The Senior Manager, Provider Partnership Management is a strategic relationship leader responsible for cultivating and strengthening key provider partnerships across large, complex, and high-priority markets. Serving as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of providers, this role is instrumental in driving provider engagement, satisfaction, retention, and network growth while ensuring the delivery of an exceptional provider experience. As a trusted advisor and advocate, the Senior Manager develops strong, collaborative relationships with providers, gaining a deep understanding of their business needs, operational challenges, and growth opportunities. Through proactive partnership management, consultative support, and data-driven insights, this individual helps providers maximize their success while advancing organizational objectives and regional performance goals. Working with a high degree of autonomy, the Senior Manager leads the day-to-day management of strategic provider relationships, ensuring timely resolution of concerns, seamless communication, and consistent delivery of value. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams—including Operations, Compliance, Training, and Support Services—to champion provider needs, remove barriers, and implement solutions that enhance service quality and strengthen long-term partnerships. The Senior Manager plays a critical role in executing provider engagement strategies established by organizational leadership, translating enterprise priorities into meaningful actions that drive measurable results within their region.
