About The Position

In this position, you will manage strategic projects within the Product Rules organization. This high-impact role involves leading complex, high-visibility initiatives that require significant resources, carry moderate risk, and deliver value to our matrix partners through a variety of channels. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, innovative, proficient in change management and a strategic thinker. Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams will be crucial to promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years’ work experience in project or program management, product management, operations; IT experience preferred.
  • Fluency in essential tools such as Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and/or Quickbase.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Aetna Quoting Center (AQC) and Configure Price Quote (CPQ) applications.
  • PMP Certification
  • Knowledge of medical and pharmacy benefits
