About The Position
As a Senior Manager, Project Management, you will lead the execution of multiple complex international projects by aligning business priorities with operational needs and removing obstacles to performance. This role involves developing and mentoring high-performing teams, managing cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards. You will drive data-informed decision-making, manage risks, and foster collaboration with stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives. Your leadership will support continuous improvement, resource optimization, and effective communication across all project phases, contributing to sustainable business success and operational excellence. The Project Management team at GSAI transforms strategic initiatives into measurable outcomes by guiding projects from inception to completion. Collaborating across functions such as product, engineering, legal, compliance, finance, and operations, the team aligns scope, manages risks, and ensures steady progress. Emphasizing clear communication, resource planning, and outcome-focused execution, they maintain transparency and accountability. By combining strategic planning with adaptable methods and structured change management, the team delivers predictable results that support organizational goals. Requirements
- Proven expertise in leading complex, cross-functional projects with strong project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, prioritize, and coordinate project work plans aligned with business goals.
- Experience managing project resources, schedules, budgets, and documentation to ensure timely delivery.
- Strong leadership capabilities including mentoring, coaching, and building high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in risk identification, mitigation strategies, and contingency planning.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.
- Ability to foster collaboration and maintain integrity in all business practices.
- Proficiency in Spanish language communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 4 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area OR 6 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area.
- 2 years’ supervisory experience.
- 3 years’ project management experience.
