The team leads the modernization and climatization of the distribution network through strategic project management and cross-functional collaboration. They drive execution by aligning business priorities, managing risks, and ensuring resource availability. Focused on continuous improvement, the team supports associates’ development and fosters a performance-driven environment. They maintain strong stakeholder communication and uphold company standards with integrity. By leveraging data and industry best practices, the team delivers efficient, sustainable solutions that enhance operational effectiveness and support Walmart’s commitment to innovation and excellence in supply chain transformation.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in project management with the ability to lead multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong leadership skills to mentor, develop, and motivate teams while fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities to engage and influence senior leadership and project teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in risk management, including identifying potential risks and developing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Ability to analyze data and business needs to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards and company policies while promoting operational excellence.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 4 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area OR 6 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area.
  • 2 years’ supervisory experience.
  • 3 years’ project management experience.
