Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
8+ years of experience in project or program management, including successful leadership of complex, cross-functional initiatives.
8+ years of experience leading, developing, and coaching teams while promoting accountability and professional growth.
Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches, or similar delivery frameworks.
Ability to build relationships, drive alignment, and lead through change.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
Experience in healthcare, supply chain, or another complex, highly regulated industry.
Project management certification such as PMP, Agile certification, or a related credential.
