About The Position

This role will serve as the primary strategic orchestrator across Capital One’s Technology Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) ecosystem. Operating at the intersection of business strategy, financial engineering, and operational governance, this role acts as the connective tissue bridging Finance, Division Labor Leads, HR, Talent Acquisition, and Tech Executive Leadership. Core Mission: Convert financial budget models (in dollars) into actionable headcount targets, skill profiles, and organizational design frameworks, while building self-service reporting dashboards and delivering executive-ready narratives for senior leadership.
