As the Project Manager for our Scale the System pillar, you will build and run our Talent Engine for the Financial Services (FS) Division. Your job is to take talent planning out of leaders' heads and embed it into simple, automated, shared tools and seamless processes. You will lead the transition from manual spreadsheets to an AI-assisted, predictive talent system that gives senior leadership a real-time view of pipeline health, active rotations, and talent flight risks. You are a data-minded builder who loves creating order out of chaos, ensuring that our talent ecosystem can scale seamlessly.
