Reporting to the Director, Programming, the Senior Manager, Programming is responsible for managing and coordinating key business and operational matters related to Programming while partnering closely with cross-functional departments throughout the organization. Key business responsibilities include artist/show offers, rider and show expenses, ticket audits, payments, settlements, and departmental budgeting. The Senior Manager, Programming collaborates with artist/show promoters and tour managers on settlement and related business matters before, during, and after performances, coordinating required follow-through with appropriate TSC departments. In addition to these business responsibilities, the Senior Manager, Programming plays a hands-on role in supporting the operational execution of performances and is present onsite before and during performances, as needed, to address business-related matters and provide management oversight. The role also provides direct supervision and oversight to the Artist Services Manager, helping to ensure the effective coordination of artist accommodations, transportation, hospitality, and other logistical needs.
