Walmart Marketplace is seeking a strategic and highly organized Senior Manager of Program Management to lead marketing operations and creative project execution for seller-facing initiatives. This role owns the end-to-end execution engine—bringing structure, visibility, and scalability to a high volume of complex, cross-functional work. You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution—overseeing intake, prioritization, resource allocation, and delivery across marketing, events, and creative workstreams. This role requires balancing operational rigor with the flexibility needed to support creative teams, while making real-time decisions on priorities, tradeoffs, and team capacity. Success in this role requires strong leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate ambiguity—driving alignment across stakeholders, optimizing how work gets done, and ensuring high-quality delivery on time and within budget.
