About The Position

The Senior Manager, Disaster Response and Giving Programs will lead key areas of Walmart.org’s disaster portfolio, including response and preparedness grantmaking, community support, volunteer programs, donated merchandise, and Walmart Giving’s work in the Global Security Operations Center during emergency activations. Initially, this role will support the Disaster Resilience Team, leading projects and coordinating FY27 priorities then transition in FY28. Combining strategic thinking with strong execution, the role will develop program and funding recommendations, build partnerships with nonprofits, state and community leaders, and across Walmart, and apply insights from disaster resilience to strengthen support for communities before, during, and after disasters.
