Our Advanced EO/IR Solutions (AES) organization, part of our Electro-Optical/Infrared Solutions (EOIRS) SSBU within our Advanced Products & Solutions (APS) SBU is seeking a highly capable and experienced Senior Manager, Program Execution and Supplier Integration to serve as the primary programmatic interface between our company and a major strategic supplier for a series of proprietary programs. This role is a resident, onsite assignment at the supplier’s facility and supports multiple programs across development, production, and sustainment phases. The Senior Manager will be responsible for leading all program execution activities tied to the supplier, including schedule performance, cost visibility, risk management, and cross‑program integration. This individual will partner closely with the Supplier Engineering Lead and internal Program Management, Supply Chain, Operations and IPT teams to ensure the supplier meets contractual requirements and supports program objectives. The role may include serving as a Control Account Manager (CAM) for applicable programs. This position is critical to ensuring successful program execution across multiple high‑visibility efforts. By being embedded at the supplier, the Senior Manager will play a key role in driving performance, improving integration, standing up facilities and ensuring reliable delivery of mission‑critical hardware and services. This role is onsite at the supplier’s facility located in Westminster, CO

Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience in program management or an Advanced degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience.
  • Experience in Program/Project Management, Operations Management, Cost Account Management, Systems Engineering, and/or as an Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL).
  • Program cost control, schedule management, and risk management experience.
  • Experience working with suppliers or subcontractors in development and/or production environments.
  • An active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain program access after start.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

  • Strong skills in schedule analysis, performance metrics, and supplier performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary programmatic point of contact for all supplier‑related execution activities across multiple programs.
  • Lead schedule management, cost oversight, delivery performance tracking, and issue resolution for the supplier.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with supplier program leadership and internal program teams.
  • Coordinate and drive cross‑program integration, ensuring alignment of priorities, milestones, and resource needs.
  • Provide onsite leadership to monitor supplier progress, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure timely corrective action.
  • Support Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) alignment between supplier and internal program schedules.
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics, reporting dashboards, executive briefings, and readiness assessments.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure subcontract execution supports program requirements, including major milestones and contract deliverables.
  • Partner with the Supplier Engineering Lead to integrate technical and programmatic oversight across all programs.
  • Support or perform duties as a Control Account Manager (CAM), including cost and schedule baseline management, variance analysis, and EVMS compliance as needed.
  • Lead or support supplier‑related reviews such as PDR, CDR, MRB/ERB, production readiness, and program status meetings.
  • Support the stand-up of supplier facilities in support of current and future deliveries
  • Ensure alignment to company processes, program policies, risk management practices, and configuration control requirements.
