The Senior Manager, Professional Services is a senior leadership role responsible for the successful delivery, scalability, and operational performance of ACA’s ComplianceAlpha Core module implementations, including Employee Compliance (EC), Compliance Monitoring (CM), Marketing Review (MR), eLearning, AML, and Control Room. This role leads multiple delivery teams and/or functional areas within Professional Services, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across a portfolio of client engagements. The Senior Manager is accountable for delivery outcomes, team performance, and financial health, while driving continuous improvement in implementation methodologies, resource effectiveness, and client experience. The ideal candidate combines strong people leadership, operational discipline, and deep customer engagement capabilities with the ability to scale delivery in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
