About The Position

As the Senior Manager, Product Research, you will be responsible for leading a group of qualitative and quantitative product researchers who influence company strategy by deeply understanding Etsy’s buyers and sellers, our cross-marketplace experience, and the evolving e-commerce landscape. You’ll work across a range of buyer and seller-facing initiatives, partnering closely with product, design, analytics, and engineering to translate deep human understanding into meaningful product direction.
