The Sr. Manager, Product Owner, Digital Brand Experiences plays a critical role in shaping Marriott's digital brand sites and marketing platforms. This role is responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog, aligning cross-functional teams around a shared vision, and delivering high-impact digital experiences across brand sites. The PO provides end-to-end project management for new brand site initiatives, guiding efforts from planning and kickoff through launch-including support for multilingual site delivery. The PO partners closely with brand stakeholders, UX, engineering, content, SEO, QA and analytics teams to ensure that digital initiatives meet strategic objectives, user needs, and performance goals. The Product Owner will oversee the day-to-day management of an agile squad, developing brand sites, such as OutdoorCollectionbyMarriottBonvoy.com. The person in this role will be comfortable leading and managing conversations across the broader organization as well as translating customer needs into actionable user stories and requirements. A successful candidate will have a global growth mindset, a collaborative team spirit, and a passion for delivering amazing digital experiences that our customers love. They should thrive in the creative process, be comfortable making difficult decisions based on data, and be willing to jump-in and support more tactical, hands-on work when needed.
