And we’re building a brand and customer experience that’s truly memorable. Now, we’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Senior Manager, Product Marketing to join our Brand Marketing team. This is a highly collaborative role focused on shaping how our products come to life across campaigns, ecommerce, and product education moments. Our ideal candidate is a strategic and seasoned product marketer who can translate product knowledge into impactful customer-facing marketing stories. You will be instrumental in driving product consideration and moving new customers down the marketing funnel by creating compelling product marketing campaigns that convey what they need to buy from Brooklinen. Requirements

  • 6+ years product marketing experience (retail, CPG, home, apparel)
  • Demonstrated experience building dynamic marketing campaigns that leverage customer data, insight, competitive landscape, and a deep knowledge of product and brand, and what makes them special.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, our standard GTM process, and opportunities to react to needs to drive the business
  • An exceptional organizational mind with a knack for details
  • A collaborative mindset — you love working across teams with key collaborators being Merchandising, Product Design, Creative, and Retail

Responsibilities

  • Build impactful product marketing strategies that leverage customer data, insight, competitive landscape, and a deep knowledge of Brooklinen product and Brand.
  • Lead the development and execution of out-of-the-box GTM plans for Brooklinen products, and drive integrated efforts across cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain a deep ongoing understanding of the bedding industry and competitive landscape to identify GTM considerations, emerging use cases, and other growth opportunities.
  • Be a storyteller. You have deep empathy for customers and can adapt your communication to best reach and engage our audience and differentiate Brooklinen and our products. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer Obsessed: You like working with data and insights, and pair that with your passion to generate balanced and thoughtful points of view for how to take our products to market
  • Keep things organized. You can manage highly interdependent, complex projects and keep multiple workstreams on track.
  • Be Ambitious. You are eager to make an impact at Brooklinen. You thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic, hyper-growth environment and can operate fluidly between the 30,000-foot strategy level and micro-detail to get things right.
  • Act as a team player. Product Marketers collaborate across the Marketing team and with basically every team at Brooklinen. You can work across a range of disciplines to drive awareness, demand, and usage of our products.
