Senior Manager, Product Marketing

WorldStridesCharlottesville, VA
$100,000 - $120,000Hybrid

About The Position

WorldStrides offers one of the broadest portfolios of educational travel experiences in the world — yet our go-to-market for these programs has been inconsistent and Sales-driven rather than Marketing-led. This role fixes that. As Senior Manager of Product Marketing, you will build the positioning, messaging, and GTM infrastructure that allows WorldStrides to launch new programs with precision, equip Sales with tools that actually help them win, and ensure every product tells a compelling, differentiated story. You are the bridge between Product, Marketing, and Sales.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of product marketing or integrated marketing experience
  • Experience developing positioning and messaging frameworks for a multi-product organization
  • Proven GTM experience — launching products or programs with measurable commercial outcomes
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator who has worked closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
  • Excellent written communication — you write crisp, compelling copy and can edit others' work effectively

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in K-12 education, study abroad, performing arts, or consumer services
  • Background in sales enablement or revenue enablement tools
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, CMS platforms, and marketing analytics

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the core positioning and messaging framework for the full WorldStrides product portfolio — by segment (K-12, International, Performing Arts) and by program type
  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and audience research to sharpen WorldStrides' differentiation in a crowded educational travel market
  • Create and manage a messaging hierarchy that cascades from brand promise down to product-level proof points and objection handlers
  • Own the GTM process for all new trip and program launches — from brief to market — in partnership with Product and Sales leadership
  • Define launch audiences, channel mix, and success metrics for every new program introduction
  • Develop launch kits that empower Sales to sell new programs compellingly from day one
  • Run post-launch performance reviews and feed insights back into product roadmaps and campaign messaging
  • Build and maintain a library of sales tools: battlecards, pitch decks, objection guides, and competitor comparison sheets
  • Train Sales teams on new positioning, programs, and campaign messaging at launch and on an ongoing basis
  • Partner with the Director, Sales Enablement to ensure materials are current, on-brand, and easily accessible

Benefits

  • Comprehensive health benefits: medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, accident, critical illness, disability insurance, FSA/HSA options with employer HSA contributions, and a generous 401(k) match.
  • Generous paid time off including 11 paid company holidays, 25 PTO days the first year (prorated), 1 paid volunteer day, 4 mental health days, and bereavement
  • Professional development support, including up to $5,250 annually for tuition reimbursement and up to $1,000 for certifications annually
  • Opportunities for paid and discounted travel
  • Flexible work schedule providing on-site, remote, and hybrid office opportunities
  • Encouraged participation in a wide variety of Employee Resource Groups
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and wellness resources, including fitness centers at select locations
  • Paid parental, caregiver, and disability leave
  • Team Member Discount Program
  • Engaging, collaborative, and fun work environment
