About The Position

Sam’s Club Connect is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Marketing to serve as a subject matter expert across our growing Offsite and Measurement portfolio, including Programmatic Display, Connected TV, Online Video, Streaming Audio, Social, Influencer, and Measurement solutions. This role sits at the intersection of advertiser needs, product innovation, and business growth. You will partner closely with sales, product, measurement and other cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, identify opportunities across the Offsite and Measurement portfolio, and translate complex advertising and measurement capabilities into clear product value and benefits. In this role, you will drive go-to-market strategy for your portfolio, from opportunity assessment and Voice of Customer through product launches, adoption, and ongoing optimization. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Measurement, Sales, Media Strategy, Pricing, Launch Readiness, Ad Operations, Marketing, and other teams to bring new products and enhancements to market and help inform future product priorities. The ideal candidate is a strategic, customer-focused product marketer who can translate complexity into compelling advertiser narratives, identify growth opportunities, build strong cross-functional partnerships, and drive adoption of innovative solutions in a fast-moving retail media environment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, GTM strategy, digital advertising, advertising technology, measurement, or a closely related role.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing GTM strategies, product launches, and adoption programs for complex products or solutions.
  • Experience conducting opportunity assessments and developing or contributing to business cases using customer, market, competitive, and business inputs.
  • Strong experience gathering and translating Voice of Customer and market insights into product and GTM recommendations.
  • Strong ability to translate complex advertising, technology, or measurement capabilities into clear customer value propositions, positioning, and narratives.
  • Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including audience activation, programmatic media, campaign optimization, and measurement.
  • Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and influence across Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, Measurement, and Marketing.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills with excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, manage multiple priorities, and drive work forward.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field and 3 years' experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • OR 6 years' experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Experience across programmatic display, Connected TV, Online Video, and Streaming Audio.
  • Experience with social advertising and/or creator and Influencer programs.
  • Experience with advertising measurement, including closed-loop measurement, attribution, incrementality, sales lift, or media mix measurement.

Responsibilities

  • Drive GTM strategy and execution across the Offsite and Measurement portfolio, including positioning, messaging, value propositions, use cases, launch strategy, sales enablement, and adoption.
  • Lead opportunity assessments and support business case development for new Offsite and Measurement capabilities, bringing together advertiser needs, market and competitive insights, business opportunity, and cross-functional considerations.
  • Serve as an advocate and Voice of Customer, gathering and synthesizing advertiser, agency, Sales, and market feedback into actionable product and GTM recommendations.
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to ensure advertiser needs and market opportunities are reflected in product priorities, requirements, and roadmap decisions.
  • Support product launches across pilot, beta, and general availability, partnering across Product, Measurement, Sales, Media Strategy, Pricing, Launch Readiness, Ad Operations, Marketing, and other teams to drive readiness and execution.
  • Translate complex Offsite and Measurement capabilities into compelling advertiser narratives and develop the pitch materials, case studies, FAQs, training, thought leadership, and enablement needed to drive adoption.
  • Partner with Sales and Media Strategy to identify advertiser opportunities, track adoption and success measures, surface barriers, and translate post-launch learnings into recommendations.
  • Monitor retail media, programmatic, social, AdTech, and measurement trends and help strengthen Product Marketing best practices across GTM, Voice of Customer, launch, and adoption.
