About The Position

The Product Manager manages product execution and roadmap delivery for a Capital Markets product or business capability. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, the role translates product strategy into actionable requirements, maintains a prioritized backlog, and partners with business and technology teams to deliver capabilities that drive measurable business outcomes. The incumbent owns business requirements, defines epics, features, and acceptance criteria, and supports sprint and release planning to ensure delivery aligns with product objectives, user needs, and organizational priorities. The role executes the roadmap, manages and refines the backlog, gathers and documents requirements, and supports Agile delivery throughout the development lifecycle. It works closely with business, technology, and other stakeholders to coordinate delivery, communicate progress, monitor adoption and performance, and ensure that features meet regulatory, operational risk, control, and governance requirements.

Requirements

Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
5 or more years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Capital Markets, Operations, or Technology.
Strong understanding of Capital Markets products, trading workflows, post-trade processing, or market infrastructure.
Experience managing product backlogs and defining business requirements in Agile environments.
Ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements.
Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Execute the product roadmap established by the Senior Product Manager and translate strategic objectives into prioritized initiatives, epics, and features.
Keep product development aligned with business priorities and expected outcomes; support release planning and roadmap management across delivery teams.
Track delivery progress, dependencies, risks, and impediments.
Own, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, stakeholder input, regulatory requirements, and roadmap commitments.
Ensure backlog items are actionable and ready for development, and conduct ongoing refinement with business and technology partners.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; define epics, user stories, features, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements and solution options, and ensure requirements are complete, testable, and aligned with business objectives.
Support the development and execution of user acceptance testing.
Partner with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, Architects, and delivery teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and release activities; clarify requirements and acceptance criteria for development teams.
Facilitate timely decision-making, monitor sprint outcomes, and support continuous improvement.
Build relationships with Front Office, Operations, Technology, Risk, Finance, and Compliance stakeholders, serving as a liaison between business users and delivery teams.
Gather feedback, communicate feature progress and release plans, and escalate issues or decisions requiring Senior Product Manager support.
Monitor feature adoption and usage, collect user feedback, identify enhancements, and support measurement of business outcomes, KPIs, and benefits realization.
Recommend product improvements based on user behavior, operational metrics, and stakeholder feedback.
Ensure features comply with regulatory, operational risk, and control requirements; support governance processes and maintain documentation and audit trails.
Identify delivery risks and collaborate with stakeholders on mitigation plans.
