About the team: We are investing heavily in Bank Modernization to simplify how we build, launch, and service financial products. This role oversees the platform products that solve our customer journey verification ecosystem. As the Senior Manager of Platform Enablement, you will lead a high impact product organization responsible for the end-to-end customer journey confidence. Your mission is to eliminate manual testing, unlock robust production validation, and bridge the gap between pre-release testing and post release monitoring. You will manage a portfolio that includes maturing enterprise-grade testing tools, a transformative production-testing capability, and high-potential 0-to-1 initiative in observability. Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Nice To Haves

  • Experience leading change and technical shifts across complex organizational structures
  • Experience designing and executing advanced production validation strategies
  • Experience working within cloud-native banking architectures, payment gateways, or highly regulated financial environments
  • Understanding building and optimizing modern CI/CD pipelines
