About the Team The In-Person Transactions team is responsible for the technology that powers almost every physical touchpoint where our customers interact with their money. We operate at the critical intersection of digital software and physical hardware, managing the full ATM stack and the broader ecosystem of in-person banking. While this space has traditionally relied on legacy systems and rigid hardware constraints, our team is focused on rethinking the status quo. We are building a modern, software-driven platform that treats our physical devices as intelligent endpoints rather than static machines. As the Senior Manager, Product Management, you will lead a dedicated team of product managers in reimagining how we manage our physical fleet. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will own multiple line-of-business initiatives that directly affect the company’s bottom line to the tune of millions of dollars. You will be responsible for large-scale feature builds—from redesigning the customer UX to make transactions faster and more secure, to developing new ways to monitor and deploy software to hardware in the field. This isn’t just about maintenance; it’s about identifying where legacy processes are slowing us down and building the software-driven solutions that drive massive efficiencies and return hours of time back to our customers. Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
