About the team: As a Senior Manager of Product Management at Capital One, you will report directly to the Director of the Migration domain and lead the domain responsible for ensuring that customer, account, product, and transactional data is migrated accurately, completely, and repeatedly. In this role, you will have delivery oversight of two critical streams: modern migration automation/tooling and proactive legacy data hygiene. You will own the analytical frameworks, data mapping, and the reconciliation controls required to maintain absolute institutional and regulatory confidence in migration outcomes.
