About the Team Our team is on a mission to build the next generation of financial services technology, a platform critical to managing accounts and transactions across Capital One's lines of business. We are seeking a Senior Manager to build general platform capabilities and lead a team of Product Managers who do the same, with a persistent desire to learn both the business and technology, sound problem-solving skills to drive results in undefined problem areas through strong partnerships with a variety of stakeholders, and the ability to mentor and coach other team members. The ideal candidate will demonstrate quick learning agility, drive in-depth discovery, formulate data-backed and principled recommendations, and consistently and proactively identify high-leverage impact to drive results. Requirements

  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
  • OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience
