Position Summary Responsible for the project management of all materials supported by the Content Management team, ensuring milestone deliverables are met and tracked in a way that provides leadership with clear line of sight into the progress of those efforts.

Nice To Haves

Detail oriented
Knowledgeable in Visio, Asana, and Sharepoint
Minimum of 3 years of Medicare experience
Strong background in project management
Ability to manage projects across multiple business and vendor partners

Responsibilities

Definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables; and creation of detailed project plans and schedules.
Manage resources, lead and motivate the content team, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Track project progress against the plan, identify and resolve roadblocks, and update project plan accordingly.
Serve as the central point of contact for all stakeholders, providing regular updates, and ensuring clear communication between the team and leadership.
Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Ensure final deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
