About The Position

Product Management at Capital One is a booming, vibrant craft that requires reimagining the status quo, finding value creation opportunities, and driving innovative and sustainable customer experiences through technology. We believe our portfolio of businesses and investments in growth and transformation will result in a company with the scale, brand, capabilities, talent, and values to succeed as the digital revolution transforms our society and our industry. The Opportunity: As eCBR scales from a single-tenant solution to a high-velocity, multi-tenant powerhouse, we are looking for a Senior Manager to lead our Platform Excellence Tower. This is a strategic leadership role designed for a product thinker who thrives at the intersection of complex systems architecture, data integrity, and enterprise-grade reliability. Your mission is to ensure that as we onboard diverse tenants, the platform remains a "Gold Standard" for accuracy and resilience. You won't just be managing risk; you will be engineering the frameworks that make risk impossible. The Charter: In this role, you will lead the "Well-Managed" strategy for the eCBR platform. You will act as the ultimate arbiter of platform integrity, bridging the gap between technical execution and business intent. You will be responsible for maintaining our track record of zero platform-led risk events while managing the exponentially increasing complexity of a multi-tenant environment.
