About The Position

We’re currently seeking a Senior Manager, Product Design to join our Risk + Audit Design team, which is part of the Experience Design organization. You will lead user experience design and strategy across our newly unified Tech & Data Risk Management (TDRM) ecosystem. This portfolio serves a diverse user base - ranging from hands-on-keyboard software developers and engineers to Risk Advisors, Accountable Executives, and executive decision-makers - by embedding policy governance, exception management, and cyber risk safeguards directly into the tools where work happens. The challenge before you is transforming a complex, historically fragmented landscape in seeing the scale and leverage we can apply for consistency, efficiency, and empower our users. You will champion AI-forward and agentic design strategies that eliminate administrative toil, accelerate time-to-insight, and elevate enterprise risk evaluation into an intuitive, friction-free, and truly delightful user journey. Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience in a Product Design role
  • At least 6 years of experience in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
  • At least 2 years of experience in a people leadership role

Responsibilities

  • Lead user experience design and strategy across the Tech & Data Risk Management (TDRM) ecosystem.
  • Transform a complex, historically fragmented landscape to ensure consistency and efficiency.

  • Demonstrate expertise in product design, leveraging skills across interaction, visual, and service design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to oversee and optimize the use of design tools, platforms, frameworks, and design systems.
  • Develop artifacts such as vision stories, journey maps, blueprints, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes.
  • Reinforce a positive and inclusive team environment.
  • Set goals aligned to broader portfolio strategy.
  • Manage stakeholders and remove barriers.
  • Train and develop designers who are empowered to reach their potential and enable the business to achieve its goals.
  • Shape product direction and outcomes by leveraging deep design expertise, user insights, and business understanding.
