About The Position

Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. (MPS) is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Content Marketing to be the voice of product lines in content conversations within a global semiconductor company. This role sits within the product organization, close to product roadmaps, product line managers, and engineers. The primary responsibility is to translate deeply technical products into definitions and source content for marketing, including identifying target audiences, competitive advantages, and compelling narratives. While corporate marketing manages launch programs and message crafting, this role serves as the essential product-side counterpart, setting the standard for product content. The position involves defining the business opportunity for priority products, including target applications, markets, audiences, competitive context, and the core story. This definition serves as the foundation for corporate marketing's efforts. The role also involves creating source material, such as technical narratives and application contexts, which corporate marketing will adapt into audience-specific messages. For product launches, the Senior Manager will define content requirements, messaging, and the product story, collaborating with corporate marketing program managers from kickoff to release. Additionally, the role involves analyzing performance feedback from corporate marketing to refine product stories and source content, and acting as a key liaison between product lines and corporate marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in B2B marketing with depth in product marketing or content strategy for technical products.
  • Track record of building content frameworks and standards.
  • Fluency with performance data: ability to read analytics, draw conclusions, and change course based on evidence.
  • Proven cross-functional range: experience orchestrating work across product, creative, documentation, and digital teams without formal authority.
  • Ability to engage effectively with engineers and product line managers, demonstrating technical curiosity, fast learning, and respect for accuracy.
