About The Position

Sr. Manager, Product Commercialization is responsible for supporting execution of commercialization initiatives for new and enhanced payor-focused products and capabilities. The individual contributor role partners across product, marketing, sales enablement, sales, account management, implementation, and analytics teams to translate commercialization strategy into coordinated launch plans, clear market-facing requirements, seller and buyer support, and measurable adoption activities. The role is accountable for driving progress across a defined scope of work, helping ensure products are clearly positioned, supported by credible evidence, ready for market introduction, and actively managed through adoption, renewal, and expansion. The position may be remote or hybrid anywhere in the US depending on candidate location and commute to a hub location.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product commercialization, go-to-market strategy, product marketing, sales enablement, product strategy, healthcare consulting, and/or completion of General Management Development Program (GMDP) or any Leadership Development Program with related experience
  • Experience supporting healthcare, payor, employee benefits, B2B, or complex enterprise product initiatives.
  • Ability to translate product and commercialization direction into coordinated plans, strategic briefs, readiness activities, and execution requirements.
  • Experience working across product, marketing, sales enablement, sales, account management, implementation, analytics, finance, and operations in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience using analytics, business cases, performance reporting, or outcome evidence to support value propositions, product positioning, launch decisions, and client-facing narratives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing or coordinating market-facing presentations, seller resources, FAQs, proof summaries, or related materials.
  • Strong project management, prioritization, organizational, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive follow-through without formal authority.
  • Strong judgment and attention to detail, including the ability to distinguish proven claims from directional evidence and unsupported assumptions.
  • Ability to synthesize product, market, customer, and performance information into clear recommendations and practical next steps.

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of commercialization initiatives across new and existing payor-focused products and capabilities.
  • Partner with product owners and commercialization leadership to translate portfolio strategy, product direction, and target market priorities into coordinated go-to-market plans and execution activities.
  • Coordinate launch plans, timelines, stakeholder communications, dependencies, readiness reviews, decisions, and follow-up actions across assigned products or initiatives.
  • Support development of product positioning, target audience definitions, buyer value stories, competitive framing, proof requirements, and commercialization briefs.
  • Serve as an execution partner to Marketing and Sales Enablement by clarifying product needs, strategic priorities, audience requirements, evidence, deliverables, and timing while accountable partner teams develop and deliver materials and training.
  • Partner with Analytics, Actuarial, Finance, and product teams to identify credible proof points, value measures, baselines, evidence limitations, and reporting requirements for market-facing use.
  • Help translate product analytics into clear, accurate, and audience-relevant value stories for payors, consultants, brokers, sellers, and account teams.
  • Support launch and adoption dashboards that connect readiness, demand, pipeline, conversion, implementation, activation, utilization, value realization, renewal, retention, and expansion signals.
  • Monitor launch effectiveness, buyer and seller feedback, adoption performance, and product value evidence to identify risks, gaps, and recommended commercialization actions.
  • Coordinate development of presentations, FAQs, sales resources, implementation materials, proof summaries, and other commercialization assets in partnership with accountable teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve how products are positioned, introduced, represented across the portfolio, implemented, measured, renewed, and expanded.
  • Support broader product organization initiatives tied to payor experience, portfolio coherence, launch readiness, commercialization effectiveness, and cross-functional execution.
