  • Negotiate Master Service Agreements, Quality Management Agreements, and pricing terms in collaboration with legal, finance, and technical teams.
  • Develop and execute multi-year category strategies for hair care raw materials, primary and secondary packaging, and external contract manufacturing services.
  • Conduct competitive RFPs, global market analyses, and benchmark costing to optimize total cost of ownership.
  • Lead cost-reduction initiatives involving alternate packaging, alternative ingredient sourcing, and CMO throughput and yield optimization.

  • Track, maintain, and audit capital tooling investments held at supplier and co-packer facilities.
  • Own procurement and manufacturing workstreams for new product development, transitioning formulas and packaging from lab scale through CMO pilot trials to commercial production.
  • Partner with R&D, Brand Marketing, and co-packer engineering teams to resolve technical transfer challenges, manage long-lead components, and support on-time launches.
  • Manage cross-functional project timelines, sample review milestones, and testing schedules across R&D, Quality, brand teams, and external co-packers.
