The Senior Manager, Procurement is responsible for leading the strategic direction, governance, and execution of the company's global procurement function. This role oversees strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, contract administration, materials procurement, and category management while ensuring alignment with the organization's financial, operational, and compliance objectives. The Senior Manager develops and implements procurement strategies that optimize total cost of ownership, strengthen supplier partnerships, improve supply continuity, and support business growth. Working closely with Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, Engineering, Finance, Quality, and Operations, this position drives cross-functional collaboration to ensure material availability, mitigate supply chain risks, and support new product development and operational initiatives. By leveraging market intelligence, supplier performance analytics, and industry best practices, the Senior Manager continuously improves procurement processes, strengthens supplier performance, and delivers sustainable cost savings while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
