Position Purpose: Lead and direct strategic growth initiatives within The Home Depot Pro Core Digital Experience to enable the company to continue meeting and exceeding growth objectives. Identify, research, and analyze growth opportunities; develop strategies to capture those opportunities; test and refine recommendations; evaluate results; and drive implementation. Partner with cross-functional teams to maximize customer value, address operational business needs, and grow share of the complex Pro business. The role will also partner with Marketing, Sales, Field Operations, and Pro teams to drive awareness, adoption, and utilization of strategic digital capabilities, ensuring product investments deliver meaningful customer and business outcomes. This Sr. Manager will be primarily responsible for the business success of up-funnel initiatives within the B2B Core Digital Experience, including but not limited to Home Page, Browsing, Search, Catalog, and Lists. In addition to the up-funnel “Shop” capabilities and experiences, this role will collaborate with leaders responsible for the “Plan” and “Manage” capabilities and experiences to deliver a cohesive end-to-end customer experience and business outcomes. The role will also develop activation strategies and enable Marketing, Sales, and Field teams to effectively promote and support Pro digital capabilities, driving engagement and adoption across customer segments.
