The Senior Manager, Price & Customer Investment Capabilities at Newell Brands is responsible for leading & executing initiatives to build price & customer investment capabilities across the Newell retail business segments. The ideal candidate has a strong background in revenue growth management, with experience in trade management, price strategy and customer RGM. Comfort with ambiguity, passion for driving change & collaborating cross functionally is critical.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in RGM, Pricing & Customer Investment, preferably in CPG
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and modeling.
  • Excellent communication (able to make the complex simple) and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in and lead collaborative cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to translate best practice into repeatable frameworks, process and ways of working
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute initiatives to build pricing and trade capabilities. Examples of potential initiatives include: Price Simplification – reduce manual effort required to execute accurate pricing Standardizing Competitor Price Gap Analysis – creating the methodology & tools to monitor price gaps, understand impact, and drive adoption of new capability Price-Pack Architecture Projects – acting as an SME to drive both results & consistent ways of working Trade & Pricing Analysis – create reporting & coach others to embed the use of net revenue & trade data across Newell
  • Monitor, analyze and generate insights into pricing trends to demonstrate impact of fact-based decision making on price & trade effectiveness and enable others to adopt similar approaches
  • Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards & pricing models to enable consistent view of net revenue performance and pricing actions by Sales & Business Segments.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure deep understanding of the business needs and capability initiatives that drive value to the business.
  • Advocate for pricing & trade capabilities aligned ways of working and influence others to adopt best practice to support Newell’s return to topline growth in 2026 & beyond
