The Senior Manager-Post Market Quality plays an important role within Philips Image Guided Therapy Devices (IGTD) quality organization by ensuring compliance of complaint handling returned device analysis processes and assessment of quality issues for Recall/Correction & Removal decisions. This role involves establishing operational objectives, implementing quality processes and tools, managing talent within the quality assurance team, and monitoring operational KPIs. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for directing product recall procedures, supporting audits, and formulating/implementing the Business’ long-range quality, regulatory and compliance policy. The position requires managing compliance with FDA regulations and other regulatory guidelines, as well as overseeing the review and approval of finished products and product recall activities.
