About The Position

Greenbrook Medical is seeking a Senior Manager, Population Health to join their team. This role is crucial for ensuring the company's performance scales by focusing on key drivers of their value-based care model, such as hospital utilization, specialty and pharmacy spend, and patient health data capture. The Senior Manager will own one of these drivers (Part A, Part B, Part D, or Revenue) and work closely with a functional leader to develop workflows and tools. This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on the company's success. The position involves defining and tracking driver metrics, improving underlying processes, building functional tools, and shaping the roadmap for their area. The role requires high autonomy and partnership with the supported function, reporting to the Head of Population Health and AI Enablement. The preferred location is New York City (Hybrid), with flexibility for exceptional remote candidates.

Requirements

  • 4 to 8 years of experience, ideally including time at a value-based care or multi-site provider organization.
  • Depth in either a product/engineering background (building and shipping tools) or market operations/BizOps experience (designing workflows with clinical leaders).
  • Track record of owning ambiguous work and seeing it through.
  • Comfort working directly with data: pulling and analyzing in SQL, and understanding database schemas.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

  • Define metrics to show driver performance and partner with analytics engineering to implement them.
  • Build reporting and observability tools for the function to monitor performance.
  • Analyze data to guide functional leaders on areas of focus.
  • Document current processes, identify breakdowns, and design improvements with clinical and operational leaders.
  • Pilot, iterate, and support the launch and training of new processes.
  • Build documentation and tooling to ensure consistency of improved processes across new clinics.
  • Build internal applications and interfaces to support workflows, surface data, and capture information.
  • Conduct vendor evaluations and provide build-versus-buy recommendations.
  • Represent the driver in platform builds, defining business requirements through adoption.
  • Size opportunities and propose quarterly roadmaps with the functional leader.
  • Track committed work and adjust course as needed.
