About The Position

The Senior Manager, Planning will play a key leadership role in supporting the continued growth and evolution of Ganong's planning function and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process. Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain & Planning, this role will provide both strategic leadership and hands-on support across planning activities while helping improve alignment, strengthen decision-making, and support long-term business objectives. Working closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, Finance, and Customer Service, the successful candidate will support production planning activities, long-range planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Operations, or a related field.
• Experience with IBP / S&OP processes and production planning.
• Experience leading teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with ERP or advanced planning systems.
• Practical AI literacy, including familiarity with AI-enabled tools and the ability to use them responsibly to improve efficiency, insight generation, and planning outcomes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
