You would be responsible for aligning demand, supply, and fulfillment. This role ensures a single, integrated operating plan across Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain, driving predictable execution and efficient delivery to customers. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field of study required.
  • At least 7+ years overall experience in planning, supply chain, or sales operations.
  • Experience with S&OP and demand planning processes.
  • Experience managing logistics and fulfillment operations.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates documentation skills and proficient with PC office applications.
  • Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong collaborative drive and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong initiative, proactive work ethic and prioritization skills.
  • Trustable judgement and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Champion of change and promotes innovation.
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

  • An advanced technical degree or an MBA is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own demand planning and forecast consolidation across Sales, Product, and Finance.
  • Lead the S&OP process and ensure alignment on a single operating plan.
  • Translate forecasts into executable supply and production plans.
  • Manage inventory strategy including safety stock and inventory targets.
  • Oversee logistics and fulfillment to ensure on-time customer delivery.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment between Sales, CM Manager, Procurement, and Finance.
  • Establish operational cadences and KPI reporting dashboards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Develop relationships with team members built on trust and respect.
