As a PayPal Senior Manager, Performance Marketing within the PayPal B2B Merchant Marketing organization, this role is crucial for advancing PayPal’s mission and value propositions to Merchants. The full-funnel marketing teams aim to understand customers, identify merchant needs solvable by PayPal products, and develop effective marketing campaigns. The business operates across markets with varying maturity levels and merchants at different stages of their relationship with PayPal. The Senior Manager will help ensure the execution of effective full-funnel performance marketing campaigns to support sustainable revenue growth and efficient customer acquisition.

Requirements

  • 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement omnichannel paid media strategies to drive business outcomes
  • Manage audience segmentation and targeting to optimize campaign performance
  • Create and maintain an experimentation roadmap to test and refine marketing initiatives
  • Allocate budgets across campaigns and channels to maximize return on investment
  • Collaborate with leadership, finance, and analytics teams to align strategies and reporting
  • Partner with media agencies to ensure continuous campaign optimization and performance
  • Oversee the delivery of seamless onboarding experiences across channels
  • Embed relevant content across customer lifecycle stages to address key needs
