About The Position

The Senior Manager, Finance People Operations is a strategic and operational enabler within the Finance People team, strengthening how talent strategies and enterprise People priorities translate into business outcomes. Working closely with Finance People Partners and enterprise People COEs, this role integrates talent operations, workforce insights, cross-functional coordination, and operational excellence to drive scalable, connected execution. The role identifies patterns, emerging needs, risks, and opportunities that inform talent strategy and improve delivery, while leveraging technology, AI, data, and continuous improvement to strengthen how People strategies and programs are implemented and evolve over time. The Finance People team collaborates with leaders across Finance to develop talent, leadership, and organizational capabilities essential for achieving business goals and future readiness. People partners align closely with business leaders to design talent and workforce strategies, enhance organizational effectiveness, and strengthen leadership capabilities and associate experience. The Senior Manager, People Operations, bridges strategy and execution by integrating insights across teams and talent processes, ensuring effective delivery of People priorities at scale. This team emphasizes human resource management, change management, data analysis, and talent planning to support sustained organizational success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading complex talent, People, HR, or business initiatives requiring strong program management and disciplined execution.
  • Strong business and talent acumen, with the ability to synthesize workforce data, organizational activity, and business priorities into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, anticipate emerging needs, connect related work, and create structure across organizational boundaries.
  • Proven ability to build trusted partnerships and influence business leaders, People teams, and COEs without direct authority.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and fluency with technology, AI, automation, and data to simplify processes, redesign work, and develop scalable solutions that improve organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Translate People priorities into integrated operating plans that drive business outcomes.
  • Lead planning and execution of enterprise talent processes, including workforce planning, talent reviews, succession, performance calibration, and pay planning.
  • Generate workforce and talent insights that inform strategy, priorities, and decision-making.
  • Orchestrate executive talent, leadership, and workforce activities across timelines, data, decisions, communications, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Connect enterprise People programs with business needs to enable effective implementation and surface opportunities for improvement.
  • Establish operating rhythms, tools, resources, and mechanisms that strengthen coordination, consistency, and execution across the Finance People organization.
