This role manages a small team, oversees Workday Position Management administration, and partners closely with Finance, HR IT, and Reporting & Analytics to ensure data integrity, budget alignment, and operational excellence. The Senior Manager drives operational improvement initiatives, leads projects and change efforts, and builds sustainable processes that support Human Resources Centers of Excellence (COEs) and evolving business needs.
