This role is responsible for scaling and optimizing the partner ecosystem to drive measurable impact across pipeline generation, sales velocity, and overall customer value. The position involves leading a team of Partner Managers while executing strategic initiatives in collaboration with Sales, Solutions, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams. The focus is on transforming high-potential partnerships into repeatable, revenue-generating motions and supporting regional enablement for global teams. This hands-on role requires both people management and operational execution, with accountability for partner performance, integration adoption, and cross-functional collaboration. It is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, and results-driven environment. Success is measured through partner engagement, contribution to revenue, and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or GTM strategy, including 2+ years managing people or projects
  • Demonstrated ability to drive pipeline, accelerate sales cycles, and expand product value through partnerships
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, ERPs, logistics technology, CX solutions, and integration ecosystems
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Sales, Solutions, Product, and Marketing
  • Experience with CRM and attribution systems (e.g., Salesforce, Crossbeam) and performance tracking tools
  • Hands-on approach with both strategic and tactical execution
  • Clear and confident communication with internal and external stakeholders, including executives
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Partner Managers responsible for onboarding, activating, and expanding strategic partnerships
  • Develop and execute co-selling and co-marketing initiatives to drive pipeline and accelerate sales cycles
  • Collaborate with partner counterparts to ensure alignment, accountability, and mutual success
  • Support integrations and enablement by working with Product, Solutions, and Product Marketing teams to optimize adoption and customer satisfaction
  • Track and report partner performance using scorecards, dashboards, and feedback loops
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to execute campaigns, webinars, and events in alignment with partner goals
  • Share best practices and insights across global teams to elevate ecosystem performance
  • Use data to inform partner investment decisions and drive continuous improvement
