About The Position

As the Senior Manager, Paid Media, you will lead the strategy and execution of paid media programs across digital channels-paid search, paid social, display, and video. You'll combine analytical rigor with creative execution to drive awareness, lead acquisition, and pipeline acceleration. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who enjoys blending hands-on optimization with strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, specializing in paid or performance media.
  • Expertise across major digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic display, and social channels.
  • Proven ability to manage six- to seven-figure media budgets and deliver measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Deep experience with marketing analytics and CRM systems (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Looker).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex performance data into actionable strategy.
  • Demonstrated success in optimizing campaigns for efficiency, scale, and ROI.

  • Experience marketing within AI infrastructure, cloud computing, or other technology-driven industries.
  • Familiarity with developer, data science, or other technical B2B audiences.
  • Background in integrated campaign strategy balancing brand and demand objectives.
