The Senior Manager contributes to the overall success of the Organizational Effectiveness COE within Global Human Resources (GHR) by building and enabling Organizational Effectiveness and Organization Design capabilities across the organization. The Senior Manager, Organizational Effectiveness reports to the Director, Organizational Effectiveness and works closely with key partners across GHR and business lines to advise, enable and partner on organization design initiatives to help drive organizational effectiveness and business strategy.
