About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Order Management Services to lead the delivery of technology solutions supporting critical, high-volume business operations. This role is accountable for the successful delivery of business-prioritized initiatives, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to enterprise standards for quality, security, and reliability. Operating within a structured Agile (SAFe) environment, this leader partners closely with Product Management and Program leadership to translate priorities into predictable, high-quality delivery outcomes. This position plays a key role in maintaining and evolving mission-critical platforms that enable core business processes and customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Typically requires 9+ years of professional experience and 1+ years of supervisory and/or management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery execution for business-prioritized technology initiatives, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, and budget
  • Partner with Product Management to clarify requirements, priorities, and success criteria
  • Collaborate with Program Management to align on delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and reporting
  • Translate product direction into structured, achievable delivery plans
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions
  • Track progress across sprints, releases, and programs; proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Provide consistent and transparent reporting on delivery status, including scope, schedule, risks, and financials
  • Drive disciplined execution within a SAFe Agile framework
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, including cybersecurity, data protection, and development practices
  • Support operational stability by delivering solutions designed for resilience, scalability, and maintainability
  • Utilize modern tooling, including AI-assisted capabilities, to improve delivery efficiency
  • Continuously identify and implement opportunities to improve delivery processes and team effectiveness
  • Lead and manage the daily activities of individual contributors, leads, or supervisors within the function
  • Establish team goals and ensure accountability for results, including delivery performance, customer satisfaction, and operational outcomes
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and ongoing feedback to support employee development
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Translate organizational and functional strategy into clear team objectives
