Lean InSan Francisco, CA

About The Position

The Sandberg Goldberg Bernthal Family Foundation works to build a more equal and resilient world through initiatives like LeanIn.Org, LeanInGirls.Org, OptionB.Org, and the Dave Goldberg Scholarship Program. They aim to help women and allies build skills, confidence, and networks for their full potential through community, research-based content, and programs. Lean In, founded by Sheryl Sandberg, is a large community dedicated to advancing women's leadership, with a significant impact on promotions for women in its Circles. The organization also conducts the Women in the Workplace study. Despite progress, the pace towards parity is slow, and corporate commitment is stalling. The Operations team serves as the connective tissue for all initiatives, supporting finance, IT, HR, and systems to enable program impact. This role is central to that work, with an existing momentum in integrating AI into operations that the new hire will accelerate.
