About The Position

This role is responsible for leading and executing projects, managing business solutions, and driving operational improvements as it relates to Spark Driver/Shopper performance. The position requires strong project management, continuous improvement, data analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and people leadership skills, all while upholding Walmart’s values of respect, integrity, service, and excellence. This position requires 30% travel.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 3 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
1 year’s supervisory experience.
Strong project management and analytical skills.
Creative solutioning to drive performance improvements.
Ability to create data modeling and data storytelling.
Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively.
