Position Summary It’s an exciting time to be at CVS Health as we redefine how pharmacy can play a more central role in healthcare accessibility and outcomes. As Senior Manager, Omnichannel Commercialization Strategy, you will support the development and execution of strategies that leverage pharmacy and digital assets to improve engagement and outcomes across a broad, omnichannel ecosystem. In this role, you will partner closely with cross‑functional leaders to help shape go‑to‑market approaches for new B2B services, evaluate new commercialization opportunities, and translate strategic ideas into actionable plans. You will contribute strong analytical thinking, structured problem‑solving, and compelling storytelling to help drive alignment and informed decision‑making across the organization. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution, and who is comfortable navigating ambiguity in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, management consulting, product, commercialization, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong understanding of the pharmacy and broader healthcare landscape, with familiarity across payers, providers, PBMs, or pharma
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and work effectively in a matrixed organization
  • Comfort managing competing priorities and ambiguity in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience building or supporting financial models and business cases
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to structure narratives, frame decisions, and facilitate productive discussions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with executive‑level polish
  • Experience supporting B2B or enterprise initiatives preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support strategic thinking and planning efforts aligned to the organization’s business priorities and future growth opportunities
  • Develop presentations, storyboards, and materials that clearly communicate complex ideas and recommendations to cross‑functional and senior stakeholders
  • Conduct market research, competitive assessments, and business analysis to inform business cases and strategic decisions
  • Partner with internal teams to help design and operationalize commercialization strategies for new and evolving B2B offerings
  • Synthesize insights and data into clear recommendations to support prioritization and execution decisions
  • Contribute to strategic and operational planning processes, including initiative tracking and performance monitoring
  • Serve as a trusted working‑level partner to leaders across product, pharmacy, digital, and operations teams
