We are seeking a strategic and client-focused Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Senior Manager to lead large, complex engagements and drive client relationships. This role is responsible for overseeing multiple teams, providing high-level transaction insights, and contributing to the growth and development of the TAS practice. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with deep transaction experience and a strong ability to deliver value to clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting , Finance, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in transaction advisory, public accounting, or a related field
  • Extensive experience leading financial due diligence engagements
  • CPA designation strongly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Advanced strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority engagements simultaneously
  • Strong business development and networking abilities
  • High level of professionalism and executive presence
  • Results-driven with a focus on delivering client value

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee multiple complex financial due diligence engagements across industries
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic insights and transaction support
  • Review and finalize key deliverables, ensuring quality, accuracy, and clarity of findings
  • Manage and develop Managers, Senior Associates, and Associates, fostering a high-performing team environment
  • Drive client relationships, including leading meetings with executives and private equity stakeholders
  • Identify and communicate key deal risks, opportunities, and strategic considerations
  • Collaborate with firm leadership on practice development and growth initiatives
  • Support and lead business development efforts, including sourcing opportunities, proposals, and presentations
  • Contribute to thought leadership and process improvement within the TAS practice
