The Senior Marketing Operations Manager plays a critical role in enabling a high-performing, data-driven marketing organization. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, this role is responsible for building and operating the systems, processes, and insights that support predictable pipeline growth, operational efficiency, and measurable ROI across all marketing programs. Youâll work hand-in-hand with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Finance to bridge strategy and real-world action. This collaboration will help make sure marketing campaigns kick off smoothly, results are measured properly, and findings are used to keep improving over time.
