About The Position

Cyera is hiring a Senior Manager of Executive Keynotes to shape how its leaders present the company on major Security and AI stages. Reporting to the Head of Brand and Communications, this role partners closely with company leadership to build and own the keynote and executive speaking program, from initial idea through final presentation. It turns Cyera’s research, product vision, and customer proof into compelling talks and thought leadership that influence the market and establish the company’s perspective. The role leads keynote strategy, narrative, and production; develops executive speaking programs for internal and external events; and partners with External Communications on industry conferences, analyst events, and media forums. It maintains a consistent platform-level narrative across Data Security, Agent Security, and Identity Security, while helping executives develop authentic, distinct points of view. The position also coaches executives, customers, and partners and coordinates with Events, Product Marketing, Creative, and other teams.

Requirements

8 to 12 years of experience in executive communications, keynote development, speechwriting, product marketing, or corporate communications.
Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, including the ability to draft, edit, and shape stories and improve others’ work.
Experience building thought leadership programs that earned reach through speaking, bylines, media, or social.
Strong presentation instincts, including talk structure, pacing, and slide design that supports the speaker.
Proficiency in Keynote, Google Slides, or similar tools.
Experience coaching senior executives, including C-suite leaders, and earning their trust.
Strong project leadership and the ability to manage multiple moving parts, tight deadlines, and high-visibility moments calmly.
Ability to translate complex technical ideas into clear, credible language for CISOs and boards.
AI fluency, including knowledge of how AI tools can support research, drafting, and production to improve quality and speed.
Ability to build trust across marketing, product, sales, research, and executive teams while balancing competing priorities and maintaining a point of view.
Operating principles aligned with Cyera’s (push boundaries, own and act, elevate together) and a collaborative working style.
Willingness to travel for events approximately 20 to 30 percent of the time.

Nice To Haves

B2B technology or enterprise security experience.
Experience building keynotes and executive narratives for major stages.
Experience with flagship events such as Dreamforce, Team, RSA, or similar.

Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, narrative, and production of senior-leader keynotes, including themes, story structure, scripts, slides, rehearsal, and delivery.
Build and run the executive speaking program for customer conferences and flagship events.
Shape main-stage programs, including opening and closing keynotes, fireside chats, customer sessions, and panels.
Partner with Events, Product Marketing, and Creative to connect event sessions into a coherent story.
Coach executives, customers, and partners to deliver effective presentations.
Work with the External Communications team to support executive speaking at industry conferences, analyst events, and media forums, preparing leaders with clear messages and goals.
Maintain a consistent platform-level narrative across Data Security, Agent Security, and Identity Security.
Build and maintain a library of core narratives, proof points, customer stories, and data for executive use.
Partner with executives to understand their voices, strengths, and perspectives and develop authentic, aligned points of view.
Provide direct, constructive feedback to executives.
Build thought leadership that earns attention through speaking, bylines, media, or social channels.
