About The Position

The Senior Information Technology Manager is responsible for supporting the administration, management, security, and continuity of information technology systems, applications, and infrastructure, including NET InSight and other operational technology platforms. This position analyzes business processes and user requirements, assists with system implementations, coordinates change management activities, and supports implementation testing to ensure operational effectiveness and system reliability. Works collaboratively with business and technical teams to define project requirements, establish milestones, manage project schedules, and develop technology solutions that align with organizational objectives. Ensures company technology resources are utilized in accordance with corporate standards, while supporting system uptime, security controls, operational continuity, and continuous process improvement through the application of sound technical knowledge, independent judgment, and leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical teams, operational departments, vendors, and executive leadership.
  • Strong project management experience with the ability to manage multiple concurrent technology initiatives, priorities, timelines, resources, and deliverables; PMP certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, organize, prioritize, implement, and manage complex business and technology activities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise system implementation, operational support, technology change management, and production support processes.
  • Extensive knowledge of Windows-based technologies, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), and enterprise computing environments.
  • Experience in application development, systems administration, systems engineering, or other technical disciplines preferred.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis, issue prioritization, risk assessment, and corrective action planning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare status reports, technical documentation, project communications, and executive summaries.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable business guidance for operational and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail, documentation, timelines, dependencies, and project controls.
  • Knowledge of data governance principles, information security practices, system controls, and technology risk management.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, online collaboration platforms, instant messaging tools, and enterprise technology applications.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Interacts with employees to resolve project related issues.
  • Manage and lead multiple concurrent technology projects, ensuring project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource requirements are effectively coordinated and achieved.
  • Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders, communicating project progress, risks, issues, and resolution strategies.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify, analyze, prioritize, and resolve system, application, and infrastructure issues through effective root-cause analysis and corrective action planning.
  • Coordinate and oversee development, configuration, implementation, testing, and hardware support activities to ensure operational readiness and successful project delivery.
  • Maintain system readiness and operational continuity through proactive monitoring, issue triage, escalation management, and coordination across internal support teams.
  • Lead technology change management activities, including documentation, testing, implementation planning, and support for Department or regulatory reviews and approvals.
  • Partner with Operations, Compliance, Reporting, and other business units to ensure data integrity, standardized workflows, system reliability, and consistent technology utilization.
  • Coordinate technology support activities for business office operations, call center environments, field technology solutions, and other operational systems.
  • Ensure timely completion of project deliverables, including production turnover documentation, operational procedures, and support materials required for ongoing system maintenance and sustainability.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to development, hardware, and technical support teams to promote effective problem resolution, collaboration, and project execution.
  • Promote responsible use, security, maintenance, and stewardship of corporate technology assets and resources in accordance with company policies and standards.
  • Interact with employees, vendors, and stakeholders to address project-related issues, support business needs, and facilitate successful technology initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
