236: Senior Manager of Healthcare Data & Analytics

About The Position
A rapidly growing primary healthcare provider in the Southern United States is seeking a senior manager to lead its data and analytics team. The role combines team leadership and management with hands-on technical work. The successful candidate will set standards, contribute to technical tasks, and coordinate with company managers to understand and address their needs. The organization takes an analytics-driven approach to healthcare and offers the opportunity to build foundational practices and consider new technologies.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in analytics.
- At least 3 years of experience managing data teams.
- Healthcare experience, preferably in value-based care or Medicare environments.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience with modern data tools such as Snowflake and dbt.
- Fluency in AI and AI-supported coding.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with payer data, including MMR, MOR, MAO-004, claims, and eligibility.
- Experience with BI tools, preferably Lightdash.
- Experience with Python and orchestration tools such as Prefect, Airflow, or Dagster.
- Experience with healthcare data models such as Tuva.
